7. Contact Forms & Premium Calculator (RS Form)
We use the Joomla plugin RS Form to process enquiries, for example contact forms, premium calculations and quotation requests.

8. Use of Outgrow (Funnels / Interactive Tools)
We use interactive tools provided by Outgrow, such as funnel forms, calculators and quiz functions.

9. WhatsApp Contact
Our website includes a button that allows you to contact us via WhatsApp.

When you click the button, data may be transmitted to WhatsApp, for example your IP address and the time of access. If you use WhatsApp, communication takes place via WhatsApp's servers.

The use of WhatsApp is voluntary. Alternatively, you may contact us by email or telephone.

All videos are played from our own account and are not provided from an external source.
11. Online Consultation via TeamViewer
For online consultations, for example video conferences or screen sharing, we use TeamViewer.

Our website contains a link to our profile on the review platform “KennstDuEinen”.
When you click the link, you will be redirected to an external website. The respective operator is solely responsible for the processing of data on that platform. The privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
13. Data Transfers to Third Countries
Where we use services provided by companies based outside the European Union, for example Google, Meta/WhatsApp, YouTube or Outgrow, personal data may be transferred to so-called third countries, such as the United States.
Where required, such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular:
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR
- or, in the case of participating providers, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified
Despite such measures, it cannot be ruled out that public authorities in third countries may access personal data.
14. Storage Period
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was processed no longer applies and there are no statutory retention obligations requiring continued storage.
Statutory retention periods, for example under commercial and tax law, may be up to 10 years.
